Grant Thornton recently announced the appointment of Ronald Kung as Director of Corporate Finance. Ronald has many years of experience in providing consulting services to clients in various industries. He worked with the Securities and Futures Commission and a major accounting firm, and started his own venture prior to joining the firm. Ronald has been leading a number of projects in financial advisory, due diligence and valuation in support of M&A transactions. Ronald is an MSc in Investment Management and a Certified Public Accountant in Hong Kong. He is also a Council Member of the HKICPA and a member of the Securities and Futures Appeals Tribunal.
