Grant Thornton's International Business Owners' Survey (IBOS) 2006 covers 30 countries and over 7,000 companies worldwide, and investigates business owners' views on economic and business trends. This year's research also included mainland China for the first time, making this the first independent survey of mid-size business owners in mainland China. Providing a unique source of global business information, the survey gauges opinions about the economic outlook and company expectations for the year ahead. The findings cover business confidence levels and international trade, employment and stress levels, as well as a specific report on China.
