We are expanding and seek to recruit high calibre people to support our fast expanding client portfolio in Hong Kong. The successful candidates will be based in Hong Kong office, but will be required to travel and work in mainland China. Prospects of career progression are excellent for the right candidates.
Managers / Assistant Managers
- Candidates should be qualified accountants having at least 4 years' audit experience with large international accounting firms
- They should be in a supervisory role having review function and staff supervision responsibilities including coaching of junior staff
- They will be given a portfolio of clients and report directly to the partners
Senior Accountants
- Candidates should have at least 2 years' audit experience with an international accounting firm and preferably be qualified accountants
- They should have experience in monitoring progress of audit assignments and reviewing subordinates' work, and are expected to provide coaching to junior staff

Assurance Division - Professional Practice Department - Senior Manager / Manager
Requirements:
- A degree holder and CPA
- 8 years or above of working experience in international professional accounting firms
- Good knowledge of HK & International professional standards with a strong sense of commitment; prior working experience in technical advisory matters is not a prerequisite but is a definite advantage
- Excellent English writing skill
Responsibilities:
The candidate will assist the Director of Professional Practice Department to cover technical and training matters within the Assurance Division as well as the risk management of the Firm. His/her responsibilities include:
- Providing technical support to the Assurance Division, for example research and giving advice on specific accounting and auditing issues
- Developing technical materials and training materials; and
- Monitoring the Firm's compliance with internal and relevant professional, ethical standards and guidelines
This position will be based in our Hong Kong office.

- We are seeking candidates with at least 2 years' IT Audit experience
- Fresh graduates of computer Science with interest in the areas of risk management and internal controls will be considered for entry level positions
- Although successful candidates will be based in Hong Kong, frequent travelling to and working in mainland China is required

- Experience of Sarbanes-Oxley assignments would be an advantage

The successful candidates will be based in one of our mainland China offices at Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou or Shenzhen. Prospects of career progression are excellent for the right candidates.
Candidates should have completed their professional examination and be fluent in Putonghua. Previous working experience in mainland China and China CPA qualification will be an advantage.
- Candidates should be motivated individuals having at least 4 years' audit experience who demand the highest professional standards
- They must have recent experience in auditing listed companies and handling managerial duties with large international accounting firms
Senior Accountants
The successful candidates will be based in one of our mainland China offices at Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou or Shenzhen. Prospects of career progression are excellent for the right candidates.

Tax Division - Tax Managers / Assistant Managers / Senior Accountants
We are expanding our tax division and have vacancies for managers, assistant managers and senior accountants. Our tax division provides advice on international tax including Hong Kong, Chinese, U.S. and U.K. tax.
We need candidates who are self motivated, able to work independently and have good interpersonal skills. They should have a professional qualification, university degree or its equivalent.
The successful candidates will not just carry out routine tax compliance work but will also be given opportunities to develop their knowledge in Hong Kong, Chinese and international tax planning.
